Is this course for me?

You should be comfortable configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement or be familiar with building model-driven PowerApps (Working with Entities, Forms, Views, Fields, Workflows, and so on). You do not need to be a developer or web designer but some basic familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be beneficial. You will work on a Dynamics 365 trial which you can use after the course.
