If you have any doubts, please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements in more detail. If we don’t think a course is a good fit we would rather be honest than have you be disappointed, and we may be able to offer you a custom version of the course on a different date if we can make that work.

Get in touch, so we can find out if the experience you have is sufficient – some people tend to underestimate their own skills, so you could be just fine. We will let you know if we think you should attend a different course first, or we might be able to direct you to some resources that you can use to quickly fill small gaps in your knowledge.

We want all of our students to get the most out of every training experience, and making sure everyone is starting from a similar level of foundational knowledge is one way for us to try to achieve this. That way no-one is left behind, and no-one is frustrated that we are not moving fast enough to cover all the material they wanted to.

Not on our public courses because we need all students to work from the same environment. By using a separate environment you can follow the labs and try new techniques without worrying about the consequences. For private courses this is something that we would discuss with you.

Unless you have arranged a credit account with us, registrations must be for paid in advance.  You can use Paypal or contact us to pay by bank transfer.
